| Abstract (German): | Die Reform des Bildungswesens wird seit geraumer Zeit unter Stichworten wie Dezentralisation, Autonomie, Markt u.ä. diskutiert. Für die Entwicklung in Deutschland könnten Erfahrungen in vergleichbaren (kapitalistischen) Ländern wichtige Hinweise geben auf Gefahren und (vielleicht) vermeidbare Nebenwirkungen. Eine entsprechende Studie von Whitty, Power und Halpin aus dem Jahr 1998 wird hier referiert. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Recently, educational reform is discussed under the keywords: decentralisation, autonomy, free market, etc. For the development in Germany the experience made in comparable capitalistic countries could contain hints to dangers and (perhaps) unwanted side effects. A study conducted by Whitty, Power and Halpin dating from 1998 is presented to the German public. (DIPF/Orig.) |
