| Abstract (German): | Haben Kinder mit besonderem Förderbedarf Anspruch darauf, jene Lernbedingungen zu erhalten, unter denen sie ihre Fähigkeiten optimal entfalten und mit anderen Kindern gemeinsam aufwachsen können? - Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat diesen Anspruch zwar prinzipiell bestätigt, ihn aber eingegrenzt, falls Personal- und Sachmittel fehlen. Einer solchen Einschränkung eines Grundrechts wird hier entschieden widersprochen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | To what extent are children with a special need of support entitled to learning conditions that enable them to develop their capacities to the fullest and grow up with other children? - The Federal Constitutional Court has confirmed this claim in principle, while restricting it in the case of lacking resources.
