| Abstract (German): | Bis 1933 war die Arbeit der Lehrervereine häufig durch pädagogische Debatten geprägt, die den Charakter einer selbstorganisierten Fortbildung hatten. Die Verstaatlichung der Lehrerfortbildungen, die in der Weimarer Republik begann, hat die Funktion der selbstorganisierten Fortbildung wesentlich verändert. Sie könnte aber in Zukunft als Teil einer erweiterten Interessenvertretung wieder einen höheren Stellenwert bekommen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Until 1933, the pedagogical debates of teacher associations can be described as self-organized further training. The contribution studies form and content of this aspect of organizational history through an analysis of historical sources from the region of Bremen. Through the state certification of teacher training introduced during the Weimar Republic, the function of self-organized further training has changed considerably. However, the aforementioned self-organizational aspect, could regain importance in the future as part of an extended representation of interest. (DIPF/Orig.) |
