| Abstract (German): | Ausgehend von der Dortmunder Schulweg-Studie 1998 skizziert der Autor folgende Themenbereiche: 1) Räumliche Isolierung der Schule (Probleme des Städtebaus, Unfallrisiken), 2) Entwicklung einer kindgerechten Schulwegplanung (Bedeutung des Schulwegs als Erfahrungsraumes, Schulweg als lebensnaher Lernort, Raumwahrnehmung der Schüler) und 3) Entwicklung eines innovativen Schulwegansatzes. | Abstract (English): | The demand of the Automobile Clubs for a child "adjusted to traffic" must be opposed on the grounds that the obligation to have to go to school includes the right to have a route to school which is appropriate to a child's world of experience. Up till now the socio-spacial meaning of the route has been insufficiently taken into consideration. (DIPF/Orig.) |
