| Abstract (German): | In der Diskussion um Schulprofile und die Entwicklung der Einzelschulen scheint vergessen zu werden, daß es einen engen Zusammenhang gibt zwischen einer Politik zur Entsolidarisierung der Gesellschaft und einem Bildungswesen, das diese Entwicklung durch Konkurrenz und Aufspaltung legitimieren soll. Mit dem Abbau des Sozialstaates wird auch das "Bürgerrecht auf Bildung für alle" bedroht, das als wesentliches Merkmal einer demokratischen Gesellschaft einzulösen ist. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In the discussion on school development it seems to be disregarded that there is a close connection between the social development of society and the structure of the educational system, which shall legitimize this development by strengthening competition and splitting up. "The right of education for everyone" has to be maintained as a significant feature of democratic societies. (DIPF/Orig.) |
