| Abstract (German): | Die Ausbildung neuer pädagogischer Profile, die Öffnung der Schule und die Autonomisierung der Einzelschulen bringen für die LehrerInnen eine Vielzahl neuer Aufgaben mit sich. Um Überforderungen zu vermeiden, muß die Frage nach der professionellen Gestalt des Lehrerberufs neu beantwortet werden: Lehrende sind ExpertInnen für die Organisation und Begleitung von Lern- und Bildungsprozessen der Lernenden. Andere Aufgaben des pädagogischen Handlungsfeldes müssen in Kooperation mit anderen pädagogischen Berufsgruppen auf der Basis abgegrenzter Kompetenzbereiche und gemeinsamer Zielvorstellungen bearbeitet werden. | Abstract (English): | Present reformatory efforts like the development of pedagogical profiles, community orientation or autonomy are increasing the teachers' professional tasks. To avoid overcharges it seems necessary to reflect on and define their special professional competences: Teachers are experts for the organization and company of the pupils' learning processes by teaching. Schools could be conceived as differentiated fields of pedagogical activities where teachers cooperate with other pedagogical professions. (DIPF/Orig.) |
