| Abstract (German): | Trotz fortschreitender Entwicklungen der schulischen Gesundheitsförderung sind Schulleitungen bislang nur selten Gegenstand von Forschung und Praxis. Daher zielt dieser Beitrag darauf ab, einen Überblick über die aktuelle Befundlage (1) zur Belastungs- und Gesundheitssituation von Schulleitungen, (2) zum Zusammenhang von Führung und Gesundheit von Lehrkräften sowie (3) zur Rolle der Schulleitung in der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der schulischen Gesundheitsförderung zu geben. | Abstract (English): | Although school health promotion is progressing, school principals have rarely been considered in research and practice. Hence, this article aims to provide an overview of the current research on (1) stress and health of school principals, (2) the relationship between leadership and teacher health and (3) the role of school principals in the implementation of school health promotion.
