| Abstract (German): | Im Kreis Warendorf im deutschen Bundesland Nordrhein-Westfalen unterstützen Lernbegleiter*innen die Lehrkräfte bei der Unterrichtsgestaltung. Sie helfen den Schüler*innen individuell oder in Kleingruppen beim Lernen. Häufig fehlt es den Lernbegleiter*innen jedoch an einer entsprechenden pädagogischen Ausbildung und der Möglichkeit zur Reflexion der eigenen Arbeit. Zwei Volkshochschulen reagierten auf diese Situation und bieten ein berufsbegleitendes Qualifizierungsformat für diese Zielgruppe an. Die Autorinnen erläutern im vorliegenden Beitrag die Rahmenbedingungen und Inhalte dieser Weiterbildung, die sich auf eine theoriegeleitete und handlungsorientierte Wissensbasis stützt. | Abstract (English): | In the Warendorf district of the German federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia, learning assistants support teachers in the classroom. They help pupils individually or in small groups while they learn. Often the learning assistants have not received appropriate pedagogical training and have not had the opportunity to reflect on their own work. Two adult education centres reacted to this situation by offering a part-time qualification programme for this target group. In this article, the authors explain the context and content of this continuing education programme, which is based on theory and action-oriented knowledge. (DIPF/Orig.) |
