Abstract (German):Kleidervorschriften, insbesondere das Tragen religiöser Symbole, und Schuluniformen sind wiederkehrende, kontroverse Themen. Sie stehen stets im Spannungsfeld zwischen individueller Freiheit und schulischer Ordnung. Der Dachverband Lehrerinnen und Lehrer Schweiz (LCH) positioniert sich gegen strikte, flächendeckende Kleidervorschriften und die Einführung von Schuluniformen an öffentlichen Schulen und betont die Wichtigkeit eines pädagogischen Dialogs und partizipativer Prozesse. Abstract (English):Dress codes, particularly the wearing of religious symbols, and school uniforms are recurring, controversial issues. They are constantly caught between the conflicting priorities of individual freedom and school discipline. The Swiss Teachers’ Association (LCH) opposes strict, widespread dress codes and the introduction of school uniforms in public schools, and emphasizes the importance of educational dialogue and participatory processes.
