| Abstract (German): | Die Studie stellt das Konzept einer qualitativen Schulkulturforschung vor und führt empirisch den Nachweis, dass über die objektiv-hermeneutische Interpretation einer Abitursrede sowohl die spezifischen Strukturprobleme einer reformpädagogischen Internatsschule identifiziert als auch ihr Schulmythos als symbolische Form einer Gemeinschaft stiftenden Krisenbearbeitung rekonstruiert werden können. | Abstract (English): | The study introduces the concept of a qualitative school culture research and empirically proves that, using an objective hermeneutical interpretation of a baccalaureate (Abitur) speech, the specific structural problems of a progressive education boarding school (Landerziehungsheim) can be identified, and also that its school myth can be reconstructed as a symbolic form of community-spawning crisis management.
