| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag beschreibt ein Modellprojekt für die Weiterbildung von Lehrer/ innen und Multiplikator/innen zu Globalem Lernen in Österreich. Der Lehrgang wird seit 2001 mit sehr guter Resonanz durchgeführt. Zwei Mitglieder des Leitungsteams reflektieren nach 3 Jahren das inhaltliche und didaktische Konzept und die praktischen Erfahrungen.
