| Abstract (German): | Die Weiterbildungsakademie Österreich (wba) bietet ein Anerkennungs- und Zertifizierungsverfahren für ErwachsenenbildnerInnen. In diesem Beitrag wird von den Erfahrungen und Erkenntnissen im Zusammenhang mit der lernergebnisorientierten Beschreibung der wba-Curricula berichtet. Mit der Umgestaltung der Curricula wurden intensive Diskussions- und Reflexionsprozesse ausgelöst. Detaillierte Beschreibungen wurden nötig, die Entwicklungspotenziale der bisherigen Curricula aufzeigten. Die Orientierung an Lernergebnissen trug somit zu einer Konkretisierung und Operationalisierung der wba-Curricula bei. Der Beitrag beschreibt diesen Prozess und stellt altes und neues Curriculum einander gegenüber. Damit ist er ein Beispiel, wie Curricula oder Bildungsangebote der Erwachsenenbildung schon jetzt - bevor der Nationale Qualifikationsrahmen für das non-formale Bildungssystem überhaupt verabschiedet wurde - im Hinblick auf eine spätere Einstufung von Abschlüssen in den NQR anschlussfähig gemacht werden können. | Abstract (English): | The Austrian Academy of Continuing Education (Weiterbildungsakademie in German – wba) provides recognition and certification procedures for adult educators. This article reports on experiences and insights in connection with the learner outcome-oriented description of the wba curricula. The reorganisation of the curricula provoked intensive discussion and reflection. Detailed descriptions were necessary to show the potential for developing of the previous curricula. The orientation towards learner outcomes therefore contributed to a concretisation and operationalisation of the wba curricula. The article describes this process and compares the old curriculum with the new. It is thus an example of how curricula or educational offerings for adult education can already be adapted to the National Qualifications Framework now – before the NQF has even been adopted for the non-formal educational system – in view of a later classification of qualifications into the NQF.
