Abstract (German):Regionale Bildungslandschaften haben sich in den letzten Jahren zu einem prominenten Thema im Bildungsdiskurs entwickelt. Die Hoffnungen hinsichtlich der Potenziale von Bildungslandschaften drücken sich in den zahlreichen Programmen und Initiativen, die diese auf- und ausbauen sollen, aus. Trotz der relativ positiven Konnotation, die Bildungslandschaften anhaftet, liegen erste Hinweise vor, dass deren Aufbau sowie langfristige Sicherung mit vielfältigen Herausforderungen einhergehen die bewältigt werden müssen. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Akteure, die mit ihren je spezifischen Hintergründen in Bildungslandschaften interagieren, muss davon ausgegangen werden, dass es zu Reibungskosten kommt. Hier setzt der Beitrag an und versucht, die Ursachen für die Kosten, die in Interaktionen mehrerer Akteure entstehen, mit Hilfe eines Modells aufzudecken und die Kostenarten herauszubilden. Da es sich bei Bildungslandschaften um sehr komplexe Systeme handelt, soll zunächst ein kleiner Ausschnitt der Bildungslandschaft fokussiert werden, sodass exemplarisch auf die Interaktion zwischen dem Regionalen Bildungsbüro und den Schulen im Kontext von ‚Schulen im Team – Transferregion Dortmund‘ eingegangen wird. Das Modell scheint geeignet zu sein, um die Ursachen für die Entstehung von Interaktionskosten im Bildungskontext zu beleuchten und Aussagen über die Kostenarten, die in der Interaktion zwischen dem Regionalen Bildungsbüro und Schulen entstehen, zu treffen. Daher kann in weiteren Untersuchungen der Versuch unternommen werden, das Modell auf weitere Akteure in der Bildungslandschaft zu übertragen. (DIPF/Orig.)
Abstract (English):In the educational discourse, educational landscapes have gained importance during recent years. Numerous programs and initiatives express the expectations that are linked to educational landscapes. Despite the positive connotations, there is evidence that establishing and ensuring educational landscapes is connected to various challenges which have to be faced. Due to the various educational actors, friction costs are very likely to appear. By developing a theoretical model, the present article tries to reveal the reasons for these costs as well as the types of costs which result from the interaction of various educational actors. Since educational landscapes are very complex systems, the article will place special emphasis on the interaction between the Local Education Office and schools in the context of the project ‘Schulen im Team – Transferregion Dortmund’. The model seems to be suitable to take a closer look on the reasons for interaction costs in the educational context and on the types of costs resulting from the interaction between the Local Education Office and schools. This is why in further research the model could be applied to other actors in educational landscapes. (DIPF/Orig.)
