| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Entwicklung der Erziehungs- und Familienberatung in Deutschland in den 25 Jahren seit Inkrafttreten des Kinder- und Jugendhilfegesetzes (KJHG). Insbesondere wird auf den Rechtsanspruch auf Erziehungsberatung, das zentrale Thema Trennung und Scheidung, den Ort der Erziehungsberatung zwischen Erziehung und Psychotherapie, das Verhältnis zum Jugendamt sowie die Statistik der Erziehungsberatung und ihren Kontext der anderen Hilfen zur Erziehung eingegangen. |
| Abstract (English): | The article gives an overview on the development of child guidance in Germany in the last 25 years since legal validity of the Child and Adolescant Welfare Act. Especially it refers to the legal claim on child guidance, the central theme of divorce, the position of child guidance between education and psychotherapy, the relation to the youth welfare office, the statistics of child guidance und the context of the other assistances in education. |
