| Abstract (German): | Im zweiten Teil wird die rechtliche Systematik des Anspruchs auf frühkindliche Förderung des Kindes selbst dargestellt und mit den elterlichen Wünschen nach Betreuung ihres Kindes kontrastiert. Zur Konkretisierung des individuell festzustellenden Bedarfs an frühkindlicher Förderung werden Bedarfskriterien vorgeschlagen. - Der Beitrag stellt in seinem ersten Teil den zeitlichen Umfang der Betreuung von Kleinkindern in Krippen und Tagespflege in Deutschland dar. |
| Abstract (English): | In the second part the systematics of the legal claim on early child fostering is described and contrasted to the paternal desires on child care. To concretize the individual legal demand on early child custody requirement criteria on early out-door custody are proposed. - The article describes in the first part the temporal extent of the care for toddlers in center care and day care in Germany. |
