Abstract (German):Die Bachelorarbeit befasst sich inhaltlich mit der Gesundheit und dem Gesundheitsverhalten von pädagogischem Personal in Kindertagesstätten. Ihr Ziel ist es, abzubilden inwiefern Kenntnisse zu Gesundheitswissen in der Berufsgruppe vorliegen und welchen Einfluss diese auf das gesundheitsförderliche Handeln haben. Die Untersuchung nutzt einen Methoden-Mix aus Literaturrecherche und qualitativer Untersuchung. Die Literaturrecherche fällt recht umfänglich aus. Im Anschluss daran werden sechs Erzieherinnen in einer Kita im Hamburger Osten mit leitfadengestützten Experteninterviews befragt. Die Auswertung erfolgt durch qualitative Inhaltsanalyse mit den Techniken der induktiven Kategorienbildung und der inhaltlichen Strukturierung. Die Daten werden in Bezug zum transtheoretischen Modell von DiClemente and Proschaska und zur sozial-kognitiven Prozesstheorie des Gesundheitsverhaltens (HAPA) von Schwarzer gesetzt und interpretiert. Die Ergebnisse der Literaturrecherche weisen darauf hin, dass dringender Handlungsbedarf besteht, Projekte zu etablieren, die unter Einbindung verhaltens- und verhältnispräventiver Ansätze die Förderung von Erzieherinnengesundheit und deren Gesundheitsbildung aufgreifen. Die Ergebnisse der Interviews zeigen, dass gesundheitsförderliches Handeln nur bedingt als Handlungsmotiv im Denken von Erzieherinnen verankert ist. Mehrheitlich wird Gesundheitsverhalten mit der eigenen Gesundheit assoziiert, weniger mit der Kindergesundheit. Desweiteren ist das Wissen um Maßnahmen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz eher vage. Unter Berücksichtigung dieser Erkenntnisse formuliert die Verfasserin eine Handlungsempfehlung mit Vorschlägen für Politik, Rahmenbedingungen, Ausbildung, Fortbildung und Personal. (Autorin)
Abstract (English):The Bachelor thesis deals with health and health behavior of teaching educators and pedagogical staff in nursery daycare/Kindergarten. It aims to illustrate educator´s skills in health education and the impact those skills have on educator´s health promoting behavior. The research combines a literature review and qualitative methods. After a voluminously literature review the author interviews a sample of six educators in a daycare center in Eastern Hamburg using semi-structured expertinterviews. The evaluation is performed by qualitative content analysis using the techniques of inductive category formation and structuring the content. The data are set and interpreted in relation to the transtheoretical model of change by DiClemente and Proschaska and to the health action process approach (HAPA) by Schwarzer. The literature review output indicates that urgent action is required to establish projects involving educator´s health and their health education considering aspects of relational and behavioral prevention. The interviews reveal that pedagog´s behavior rarely includes aspects of health-promoting action. Health behavior is mainly motivated by educator's own health rarely by the children's health. Furthermore, the knowledge of occupational safety and health is rather vague. Considering these findings the author formulates a recommendation for action, including proposals for policy, environment, education, training and pedagogical staff. (Author)
