| Abstract (German): | Strukturelle Veränderungen und Reformprozesse im Bereich von Schule, Unterricht und Lehrerbildung führen zu einer neuen Diskussion um die Rolle und Funktion der Klassenlehrperson. Die personal-soziale Konzeption der Klassenlehrerfunktion ist stark an den Anforderungen alters- und stufenspezifischer Aspekte pädagogischen Handelns ausgerichtet und eng mit zum Teil überhöhten und widersprüchlichen Erwartungen an die Lehrerperson verknüpft. Es wird vorgeschlagen, die personal-soziale Konzeption in Richtung einer Klassenleitung als Führungsaufgabe eines Klassenteams zu erweitern. |
| Abstract (English): | Structural changes and reform processes in the field of school education, teaching and teacher education have given rise to new debates on the role and function of the class teacher. The socio-personal concept of the function of class teachers is strongly oriented towards the requirements concerning the age- and level-specific aspects of educational practice and is closely linked to partly excessive and contradictory expectations towards class teachers. It is suggested that the socio-personal concept should be expanded towards classroom management in the form of a leadership position within a team of class teachers. |
