| Abstract (German): | In Bern entsteht für die Pädagogische Hochschule Bern (PH Bern) und Teile der Universität ein neues Hochschulzentrum. Die Anlage wird im Herbst 2013 in Betrieb genommen. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt auf, welche übergeordneten Zielvorstellungen aus der Sicht der Nutzenden und Betreiber die Planung leiteten und wie sie baulich umgesetzt wurden. |
| Abstract (English): | In Berne, a new site is being developed for the Bern University of Teacher Education (PH Bern) and some institutes and services of the University of Bern. The buildings will be operational in autumn 2013. The present article demonstrates which higher objectives from the perspective of the future occupants and operators guided the planning process and how these objectives were structurally realized in the buildings. |
