Welche Rechte und Pflichten haben Flüchtlinge im Hinblick auf Bildung oder inwiefern wirkt sich die Teilnahme an Sprachkursen auf das Asylverfahren aus? Die Autorin des vorliegenden Beitrags beantwortet für die Redaktion des Magazin erwachsenenbildung.at häufig gestellte Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Flucht, Asyl und Bildung in Österreich. | Abstract (English): | How are asylum seekers and migrants defined by law? How does the asylum process work in Austria? What rights and responsibilities do refugees have with regard to education or how does participation in language courses affect the asylum process? On behalf of the editorial staff of The Austrian Open Access Journal on Adult Education (Magazin erwachsenenbildung.at, Meb), the author of this article answers frequently asked questions related to flight, asylum and education in Austria.
