| Abstract (Französisch): | A partir de témoignages de bénévoles de deux tranches d’âge (16-25 ans et 37-63 ans) issus de deux recherches qualitatives, cet article s’intéresse aux mécanismes d’engagement, de développement et de transmission au sein des pratiques bénévoles. Les questions suivantes sont notamment abordées: qu’est-ce qui conduit des individus à s’engager de manière volontaire et non rémunérée à différents âges de la vie et qu’y trouvent-ils? Quels apprentissages et quels développements identitaires peut-on constater ? Comment s’opère la transmission inter- et intragénérationnelle dans le secteur associatif bénévole? Qu’offrent les associations pour accueillir, encadrer et motiver les bénévoles à s’impliquer? (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (Englisch): | Based on testimonies of volunteers of two age groups (16-25 y.o. and 37-63 y.o.) from two qualitative studies, this article focuses on the mechanisms of engagement, development and transmission within voluntary practices. The following questions are addressed in particular: what does lead individuals to voluntarily commit themselves at different stages of life and what do they find there? What kind of learning outcomes and identity developments can be observed? How does inter- and intragenerational transmission take place in the voluntary sector? What do associations offer to welcome, guide and motivate people to commit themselves? (DIPF/Orig.) |
