| Abstract (French): | Cette recherche interroge, par une comparaison franco-allemande des discours de professionnels de l’insertion professionnelle, la pression normative intergénérationnelle et la manière d’apprendre ensemble dans le domaine de l’insertion des jeunes. L’analyse statistique textuelle de neuf entretiens biographiques, en Nouvelle-Aquitaine et en Bavière, a permis d'étudier l’implication des professionnels et leur construction identitaire face aux politiques publiques. De part et d’autre du Rhin, l’analyse révèle des différences remarquables dans la prise en compte des cadres institutionnels qui pèseraient sur la conception des pratiques françaises et dans la manière de considérer la personne en insertion comme partenaire prioritaire par les professionnels allemands. | Abstract (English): | This research questions, through a Franco-German comparison of the discourses of professionals of insertion, intergenerational normative pressure and the way of learning together in the field of the integration of young people. The textual statistical analysis of nine biographical interviews in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Bavaria examined the involvement of professionals and their identity-building in the face of public policies. On both sides of the Rhine, the analysis reveals remarkable differences in taking into account the institutional frameworks that would weigh on the conception of French practices and on the focus on the person in insertion considered the first partner by the German professionals.
