| Abstract (German): | Vertrauenspersonen aus dem privaten oder sozialräumlichen Umfeld spielen eine maßgebliche Rolle, um potenziellen AdressatInnen für Angebote der Grund-/Basisbildung einen Weg zur Teilnahme zu bahnen. Gelingt es, dass MultiplikatorInnen, d.h. Personen, die aufgrund ihrer beruflichen Funktion Kontakt zu dieser Gruppe an potenziellen AdressatInnen haben, zu solchen Schlüssel- und Vertrauenspersonen werden, ist eine Brücke zwischen Individuen und organisierter Weiterbildung gebaut. Doch wie können diese Fachkräfte für ihre zentrale Funktion sensibilisiert werden? Was braucht es, dass sie in ihrem Berufsalltag potenzielle AdressatInnen für Angebote der Grund-/Basisbildung erkennen? Wie können sie diese sensibel ansprechen und welche Rolle haben Kooperationen bei der Lösungsfindung? Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt Einblick in die konkrete Konzeption, Umsetzung und Evaluation eines Sensibilisierungsworkshops für Fachkräfte im Bereich Finanzielle Grundbildung. Die Konzeption erfolgte im Rahmen des Projekts „Curriculum und Professionalisierung Finanzieller Grundbildung“ (CurVe II) am Deutschen Institut für Erwachsenenbildung (DIE). Ermutigendes Fazit: Eine deutliche Mehrheit der Teilnehmenden an den Sensibilisierungsworkshops hat ihre Funktion als „Brücke“ zur Weiterbildung erkannt und wurde motiviert, diese in ihrem beruflichen Alltag im Umgang mit Lernenden aus dem Bereich Grund-/Basisbildung zu nutzen. | Abstract (English): | Representatives from the private or social environment play a significant role in paving the way for potential target groups to participate in basic education course offerings. If disseminators, i.e. people who because of their occupation are in contact with this group of potential participants, succeed in becoming key persons and representatives, a bridge is built between individuals and organised continuing education. Yet how can these experts be sensitised to their key function? What do they require in their daily professional life to recognise potential target groups for basic education? How can they approach these groups with sensitivity and what role does cooperation play in finding a solution? This article provides insight into the specific design, implementation and evaluation of a sensitisation workshop that trains experts in basic financial education to become disseminators. The concept was developed during the project “Curriculum and Professionalisation of Basic Financial Education” (CurVe II) at the German Institute for Adult Education (DIE). One encouraging conclusion is that a clear majority of participants in sensitisation workshops recognised their function as a “bridge” to continuing education and were motivated to exploit this in their daily professional life when dealing with learners in the area of basic education.
