| Abstract (German): | Im Beitrag wird die Frage bearbeitet, in welchem Zusammenhang Orientierungen zur Praxis des Lehrens und erwachsenenpädagogische Organisationen stehen. Diese Frage wird im Rahmen einer qualitativ-rekonstruktiven Studie bearbeitet, bei der insgesamt neun erwachsenenpädagogische Organisationen untersucht wurden. In diesen wurden die unterschiedlichen Akteure (Leitungen, hauptamtliche pädagogische Mitarbeitende, Kursleitende, Verwaltungskräfte) mittels Gruppendiskussionen und Einzelinterviews befragt. In den Ergebnissen werden vier typische organisationale Lehrorientierungen herausgearbeitet, mit denen deutlich wird, dass auch durch den jeweiligen organisationalen Kontext das pädagogische Handeln beeinflusst wird. Diese empirisch beobachtete Relation von Lehren und Organisation wird abschließend genutzt, um die didaktische Theoriebildung in der Erwachsenenbildung organisationspädagogisch anzureichern. | Abstract (English): | The paper focuses on the question of a possible relationship between teaching beliefs and the organisational contexts of Adult Education. This question is answered by the means of a qualitative research design in which nine organizations of adult education were investigated. All the staff members from each organisation (Management, pedagogical and administrative staff) took part in interviews or group discussions. By the analyses of the empirical material it was possible to identify four types of organizational teaching beliefs, which hint at the conclusion, that organizational contexts influence the ideas about teaching of its members. These empirical results are used to enrich didactical theories of Adult Education from an organizational perspective. (DIPF/Orig.) |
