| Abstract (German): | Schulen sind als soziale Organisationen vielfältigen Herausforderungen unterworfen, die zu erhöhtem Stresslevel für Lehrkräfte, mangelnder Aufmerksamkeit und in der Folge zu eingeengten Wahrnehmungen, Denkfixierungen und Empathieverlust führen können. Gerade in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen ergeben sich dadurch vielfältige Probleme. Achtsamkeit auf individueller, organisatorischer und struktureller Ebene ist darum gerade für Schulen eine Chance, um die Konzentration, Kreativität und Arbeitszufriedenheit von Lehrkräften zu erhöhen und somit zum Lernerfolg Lernender beizutragen. | Abstract (English): | Schools, as social organizations, are subject to a variety of challenges, which can lead to increased stress levels for teachers, a lack of attention and, as a result, narrow perceptions, fixation of thinking and loss of empathy. Working with children and adolescents, in particular, results in a variety of problems. Mindfulness on an individual, organizational and structural level is therefore an opportunity, especially for schools, to increase the concentration, creativity and job satisfaction of teachers and thus to contribute to the learning success of learners.
