| Abstract (German): | Ausgehend von der Beobachtung einer anhaltenden Sorge um die Autonomie und Identität der Erwachsenenbildungswissenschaft stellt der vorliegende Beitrag Anlage und zentrale Ergebnisse einer diskursanalytischen Studie zum Selbstverständnis der wissenschaftlichen Disziplin Erwachsenenbildung (Rosenberg 2015) vor und diskutiert daran anknüpfend die Frage der künftigen Ausrichtung und Positionierung der Erwachsenenbildungswissenschaft im Spannungsfeld von Wissenschaft, Praxis und Politik. | Abstract (English): | Starting from the observation of continuing concerns about the autonomy and identity of adult education as an academic discipline, the article presents a discourse-analytical oriented study on the scientific self-conception of adult education (Rosenberg 2015). On that basis the article debates the future direction and positioning of adult education within the spheres of science, practice and politics. (DIPF/Orig.) |
