Abstract (English):It is of central importance for the discussion of curriculum contents to decide whether it is possible to define educational aims on the basis of educational theories. One of the most prominent questions is, how normative aspects of argumentation can be ascertained. This is a study of the validity of the facts and principles stated in the discussion of educational aims. The results suggest that theories of music-teaching are based on only fragmentary knowledge of the actual conditions and the inherent laws of class-room teaching and seem to confirm the statement made by Rumpf, that in many textbooks on didactics "actual ignorance is camouflaged by random views and chance experience". Discussion of the results of this study will show which might be the possible consequences for theory-orientated research and didactic of music-teaching. (DIPF/Orig.)
