| Abstract (German): | Die Einführung von Familientherapie oder eines systemischen Arbeitsansatzes kann viele Reaktionen in der eigenen Institution und bei den Teammitgliedern hervorrufen. Der Autor beschreibt seine Erfahrungen mit der Anwendung von struktureller Familientherapie und der Einführung des „Mailänder Modells" im Rahmen einer Beratungsstelle. Die Antwort der Institution und die Veränderung eines systemischen Ansatzes im Kontext einer öffentlichen Einrichtung werden beschrieben. Probleme eines Dienstes der ersten Instanz werden diskutiert und Möglichkeiten überlegt, auf unterschiedliche Anfragen flexibel zu reagieren. (DIPF/ Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Introducing family therapy, or a systemic approach into an established institution as an alternative method may provoke many reactions, both within the institution itself and among its team members. The author describes his experiences with the application of structural family therapy and the introduction of the ‘Milan model’ into the framework of a counseling centre. The response of the centre and the modification of a systemic approach in the context of a public service are described. Problems of a first level service are discussed and the possibility of reacting to different demands flexibly is considered. (DIPF/ Orig.) |
