| Abstract (German): | Die Ansprüche und Erwartungen, die an Klassenlehrpersonen gestellt werden, sind hoch, weshalb der Berufseinstieg, auf der Primarstufe sehr oft in der Rolle als Klassenlehrperson, belastend sein kann. Dem entgegenwirkend ermöglicht der Studiengang «Studienbegleitender Berufseinstieg» (SBBE) an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Bern einen vorgezogenen, institutionell begleiteten Übergang in die Berufstätigkeit. | Abstract (English): | The requirements and expectations that are placed on class teachers are high, which is why entering the profession, especially at primary-school level often in the role of a class teacher, can be stressful. In order to counteract this, the preparation programme «Accompanied Career Entry during Studies» (ACES) at the Bern University of Teacher Education allows an early, institutionally supported transition into the profession. |
