| Abstract (German): | Mehr als 1.000 Schulleiterstellen in Deutschland sollen nicht zu besetzen sein. Was macht diese für Pädagog/inn/en doch so spannende Beförderungsstelle derart unattraktiv? Der PISA-Schock hat in allen Bundesländern zu hektischen Aktivitäten geführt. Dabei spielte immer auch die Frage eine Rolle, wer letztlich die Verantwortung für das Desaster trägt. In den im Prinzip richtigen Weichenstellungen zur Eigenverantwortlichen Schule oder zur Qualitätsverantwortung der Schulleitung liegt aber die Tendenz, Verantwortung von der Steuerungsebene der Ministerien abzuschieben auf die, die mit den gegebenen Rahmenbedingungen umzugehen haben. Als Schulleiter aus Leidenschaft will ich Gedanken und Erfahrungen aus meiner ganz persönlichen Perspektive beitragen. Was kann ein Schulleiter bewirken, was muss er tun, wo liegen seine Grenzen? Gleichzeitig will ich am Beispiel meiner eigenen Schule verdeutlichen, welche Rolle ein Schulleiter in einem hoch partizipativen System einnehmen kann. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | More than 1.000 positions for principals are told to be vacant in Germany. What makes this career job - though exciting for pedagogues - so unattractive? The PISA trauma has resulted in hectic activities in all German states. In the process, the important question is raised: Who is to blame for the disaster? The basicly appropriate decision for selfdependent schools and quality accountability of principals involves the tendency to move the responsibility from the control level of the administration to those who have to deal with the given conditions. As a principal by passion, I want to contribute thoughts and experiences from my personal perspective. What can a principal achieve? What must he or she do? Where are his or her boundaries? At the same time I want to show - using the example of my school - which role a principal can play in a highly participative system. (DIPF/Orig.) |
