Abstract (German): | Dieser Bericht beleuchtet, ob Schulentwicklungsberater*innen Haltungen aufweisen, die den Innovationsdruck an Schulen verstärken könnten. (DIPF/Orig.) |
Abstract (English): | Th is report examines whether school development consultants have attitudes that could increase the pressure to innovate in schools. Based on previous evidence, we can assume that attitudes infl uence the counseling process and, therefore, school quality, too. If such attitudes exist, negative eff ects are to be assumed.
