| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag untersucht einige Aspekte der Bildungsnachfrage in der Übergangszeit von der DDR zur BRD für den Zeitraum Mitte der 80er bis Mitte der 90er Jahre und analysiert diese im Spannungsfeld zwischen zentraler Steuerung bzw. staatlicher Planung und individueller Nachfrage. Vor 1989 liegt der Schwerpunkt auf staatlicher Steuerung, nach der Wende auf individueller Nachfrage. Die unterschiedlichen Steuerungsmechanismen vor und nach 1989 werden an ausgewählten Beispielen dargestellt. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The author examines several aspects of the demand for education in the period of transition from the East German to the West German system, i.e. for the period from the mid 1980s to the mid 1990s, and analyzes them within the area of conflict defined by central control or planning by the State and individual demand. Before 1989, the main focus was on State control, after the end of the GDR it shifted to individual demand. The different control mechanisms applied before and after 1989 are described by drawing on selected examples. (DIPF/Orig.) |
