| Abstract (German): | Entgegen der bisherigen UNESCO-Annahme bestehen große Zweifel, ob in Südamerika und insbesondere Peru die Dakar- und Millenniumentwicklungsziele im Bildungsbereich erreicht werden. Die Hauptprobleme sind die Bildungsqualität und die soziale Ungleichheit. Trotz einiger positiver Ansätze scheint es wegen der bestehenden politischen und gesellschaftlichen Bedingungen nicht sehr wahrscheinlich zu sein, dass die Bildungsqualität in Südamerika in absehbarer Zeit verbessert werden kann. | Abstract (English): | Despite the hitherto hypothesis of UNESCO it is doubted whether South America and especially Peru could achieve the Dakar- and Millenium Development Goals for education. The main problems are the education-quality and social inequity. Even though South America has shown some positive innovations it is still unlikely that the education-quality could be raised considerably in near future. (DIPF/Orig.) |
