| Abstract (German): | Seit März 2012 läuft das Projekt WEGWEISER als Qualifizierungsmaßnahme zur Entwicklung und Etablierung einer wirtschaftlichen und demografieorientierten Personalpolitik in der Stadt Augsburg und im Großraum Schwaben – koordiniert vom Berufsbildungszentrum Augsburg. Zielgruppe des Projektes sind hauptsächlich mittelständische Unternehmen in Schwaben und die dort beschäftigten Führungskräfte und MitarbeiterInnen, deren Demografiekompetenz für das Unternehmen gestärkt werden soll. Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Inhalte und Ziele des Projektes sowie über Instrumente und Methoden. Abschließend werden erste – positive wie herausfordernde – Erfahrungen mit der Konzeption und Durchführung des Projektes geschildert. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Since March 2012, the WEGWEISER project has been run as a qualification measure for the development and establishment of an economic and demographically oriented personnel policy in the City of Augsburg and in Greater Swabia. It is coordinated by the Berufsbildungszentrum Augsburg (Augsburg Vocational Training and Educational Centre). The project‘s main target group are medium-sized businesses in Swabia and their executives and employees whose knowledge of demography shall be increased for the benefit of the businesses. The present article provides an overview of the project‘s content and objectives as well as the instruments and methods used. The article concludes with initial experiences, both positive and challenging, concerning the planning and implementation of the project. (DIPF/Orig.) |
