| Abstract (German): | In der Analyse von Beispielen von Weiterbildungsangeboten wird gezeigt, dass artikulierter Bedarf nicht der einzige Ausgangspunkt der Genese von Weiterbildungsangeboten ist, dass vielmehr auch politische Intentionen und wissenschaftliche Entwicklungen eine maßgebliche Rolle spielen können, dass berufliche Weiterbildung nicht der einzige Bereich ist, in dem Weiterbildung nötig und möglich ist, dass vielmehr z.B. der kulturellen Weiterbildung neben ihren traditionellen Aufgaben ganz neue Aufgaben zuwachsen. | Abstract (English): | Through the analysis of examples of further education possibilities it is shown that articulated demand is not the only starting point of the genesis of further education offers but that political intentions and scientific development may also play a decisive role, that vocational further education is not the only field where further education is necessary and possible but that e.g. in cultural further education new tasks emerge besides the traditional ones.
