| Abstract (German): | Weiterbildungsorganisationen, Betriebe, Beratungsstellen ebenso wie einzelne Nachfrager sollen die ständig wachsenden Weiterbildungsangebote überblicken, die für besondere Zielgruppen strukturiert und hinsichtlich ihrer Anforderungen und Verwendungsmöglichkeiten transparent gemacht werden sowie subjektiven Beratungswünschen entsprechen sollen. Um diese Aufgaben erfüllen zu können, haben sich Beratungsfelder, -ziele und -maßnahmen für die Weiterbildung ausdifferenziert, die künftig durch Datenbanken und Informationssysteme unterstützt werden. Beim Aufbau dieser Systeme sind in Bezug auf Träger, Zielgruppen, Thesaurus, Kosten, Kooperation der Institutionen, Akzeptanz und Werbung, Spezialisierungsgrad der Informationen u.a. Fragen zu klären und Probleme zu lösen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Further education organisations, enterprises, consultation offices as well as individual demanders have to survey the continuously increasing further education offers, which should be structured for special target groups, made transparent regarding their demands and application possibilities and correspond to subjective consultation requests. In order to fulfill those objectives, consultation fields, -tasks and -measures have emerged which will be supported by data-bases and information systems in the future. Regarding the construction of those Systems some questions have to be clarified and problems to be solved, In respect to financial support, target groups, thesaurus, costs, cooperation of institutions, acceptance and publicity, degree of specialisation of information.
