| Abstract (German): | Ausgehend von SCHOTTs Konzeption des Instructional Designs, das sich in die Schritte 1. Analyse des Handlungsbedarfes, 2. Gesamtlernziele, 3. Instruktionsanalyse, 4. Spezifikation der Lernziele, 5. Lernerfolgskontrollverfahren, 6. Instruktionsstrategie, Medienwahl und Materialproduktion, 7. Formative Evaluation, 8. Summative Evaluation gliedert, wird versucht, diesen Ansatz auf ein Führungskräftetraining anzuwenden. An die Darstellung eines Beispiels schließt sich eine kritische Diskussion der SCHOTTschen Konzeption des Instructional Designs an. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Starting with SCHOTTs conception of Instructional Design, which is composed of eight steps (1. needs assessment, 2. instructional objectives, 3. analysis of instruction, 4. specification of the instructional objectives, 5. control of learning results, 6. instructional strategies, media selection and material production, 7. formative evaluation, 8. summative evaluation) the article tries to apply this conception on vocational training for managers. After the presentation of an example follows critical discussion of SCHOTTs conception of Instructional Design. (DIPF/Orig.) |
