| Abstract (German): | Der folgende Text stellt den schweizerischen Bildungsbericht in den Zusammenhang des nationalen Bildungsmonitorings und diskutiert am Beispiel der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung zentrale Fragen der Bildungssteuerung. Dabei steht die Wirksamkeit des Systems hinsichtlich der Sicherung des Lehrkräftebedarfs im Vordergrund – ein zentraler Aspekt des Bildungssystems, der sowohl die Qualifizierung wie die Rekrutierung der zukünftigen Berufsleute betrifft. |
| Abstract (English): | The following text places the Swiss Education Report in the context of monitoring national education and discusses as an example the core issues of education management. The effectiveness of the system with regard to securing the number of teachers needed is the main priority, a key aspect of the education system, as it effects both the qualification and recruitment of future professionals. |
