| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag widmet sich der Frage, wie der Stellenwert von Ethnizität und Geschlecht und deren ("intersektionelles") Zusammenwirken im schulischen Alltag von Lehrkräften der Grundschule gesehen werden. Neben grundlegenden Überlegungen, einem Überblick zum state of the art und in Interpretation eigener Untersuchungsergebnisse will er als Problemanzeige auf einige wirkmächtige Professionalitätsaspekte hinweisen, die künftig im Lehramtsstudium sowie der Lehrer/innenfortbildung stärker berücksichtigt werden müssen. | Abstract (English): | The authors examine the attitudes of teachers concerning the importance of ethnicity and gender and their ("intersectional") interplay in everyday school life on the elementary school level. In addition to basic considerations, a survey on the state of the art of research in the field and an interpretation of their own research results, the authors aim at indicating problems that exist with regard to some powerful aspects of professionalism which should be more strongly taken into account in future teacher studies as well as in further education for teachers.
