Abstract (English): | The main interest of this article is directed to the question, in how far the foreign cultural and educational relations, which Cameroon has with China and Germany, affect the international mobility of Cameroonian graduates. This paper is based on results of an empirical study in Cameroon which examined the German as well as the Chinese mechanisms within their respective cultural and educational institutions for international mobility in higher education based in Cameroon. Furthermore, the motives of Cameroonian students for their choice of destination are elaborated upon. (DIPF/Orig.) |
