Abstract (English):German literature on music teaching offers little help to teachers concerned with the measuring of school achievements. On the other hand, teacherconstructed tests often lack objectivity, validity and reliability. Therefore in music education a method is needed that is practicable as well as exact. In this context content standard tests are discussed as a way to combine the diagnostic and the didactic functions of a test. The use of three different tests and the results of the analysis of their data are described as an example of how the problem of measuring as part of an evaluative concept can be solved. (DIPF/Orig.)
