| Abstract (German): | Die Zirkulation von Forschungsbefunden zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis ist auch im Bildungsbereich häufig unzulänglich. In einem nicht unerheblichen Umfang hat dies mit dem Verständnis von Wissenstransfer im Forschungsdiskurs zu tun. Der Beitrag diskutiert verschiedene Wissenstransfermodelle und argumentiert vor diesem Hintergrund aus erkenntnistheoretischer Sicht für einen Perspektivwechsel von einer substanzialistischen hin zu einer relationstheoretischen Konzeptualisierung von Wissenstransfer als Beziehungsraum gemeinsamer Wissensproduktion. | Abstract (English): | The circulation of research results between science and practice is often inadequate, including in the field of education. To some extent, this has to do with the understanding of knowledge transfer in research discourse. The article, firstly, discusses different knowledge transfer models. From an epistemological perspective, it then argues for a change of perspective - from a substantialist to a relational-theoretical conceptualization of knowledge transfer as a relational space of joint and mutual knowledge production.
