| Abstract (German): | Dieser Beitrag widmet sich der Frage, wie nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Kompetenzen innerhalb der dualen Berufsausbildung in der Milchtechnologie gefördert und wie entsprechende Lernsituationen, orientiert an den konkreten beruflichen Handlungsfeldern, entwickelt werden können. Dabei liegt ein besonderer Fokus des Beitrags auf dem zugrunde liegenden Kompetenzmodell sowie auf der Implementierung in die Ausbildungsstrukturen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | This article is dedicated to solving the following problems: how to improve sustainability-related competencies in dual vocational training in milk technology, and how to develop corresponding learning situations for specific occupational fields.
