| Abstract (German): | Die Mehrzahl der Bundesländer hat Reformen des Übergangssystems eingeleitet. Dabei spielt das Reformkonzept der Initiative "Übergänge mit System" eine zentrale Rolle. Dessen Ziel ist es, den Übergangssektor so umzugestalten, dass eine größtmögliche Zahl von Jugendlichen in Ausbildung gelangt, je nach "Ausbildungsreife" auf unterschiedlichen Wegen. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Reformansätze der einzelnen Bundesländer, weist aber auch auf kritische Aspekte dieser Reformen hin. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Most of the Federal States have started reforms of the transition(al) system. In this context the reform-concept of the action group "Transition with System" has a central role. The reform-concept is aiming to get the greatest possible number of young people, in different ways depending on their "training maturity", into training by changing the transitional sector. The paper gives an overview of the reform ideas of the Federal States, but also points out the critical aspects of these reforms. (DIPF/Orig.) |
