(DIPF/Orig.)
Abstract (English):The collaboration theory by Gräsel, Fussangel and Pröbstel (2006) had a major impact on German research in teacher collaboration. Over a decade later, we propose an updated and extended revision of this theory and apply it to inclusion as educational innovation. In this paper, we again differentiate between three modes of teacher collaboration (exchange, shared work, and co-construction). The key emphasis of our paper is the specification of the most intense mode, i.e., co-constructive collaboration, indicated by cyclic, intensive, and interdependent negotiation and reflection of shared understandings of an innovation. We propose a theoretical model of co-construction and illustrate it within the collaboration of special and general education teachers in the implementation of inclusive education. A self-report questionnaire to operationalize co-constructive collaboration will be evaluated. (DIPF/Orig.)
