| Abstract (German): | Gegenstand des folgenden Beitrags ist die schulische Einbindung neu zugewanderter Kinder und Jugendlicher als Aufgabe von Schulentwicklung in der Migrationsgesellschaft. Anhand der Handlungsfelder Organisations-, Personal- und Unterrichtsentwicklung werden konkrete Ansatzpunkte für eine schulische Umsetzung aufgezeigt. Deutlich wird, dass Möglichkeiten der Einbindung neu zugewanderter Schülerinnen und Schüler in Kontinuität zu Ansätzen und Maßnahmen der Schulentwicklung in der Migrationsgesellschaft stehen. | Abstract (English): | The article deals with the schooling of newly arrived migrant children as part of school development under the conditions of migration. The three areas organizational development, human resources development, and curriculum development structure the approaches that will be discussed. The authors see an overlap between recent approaches of school development in an increasingly diverse society in general and approaches that focus on inclusion of newly arrived migrant students.
