| Abstract (German): | Projekte über Institutions- und insbesondere Ländergrenzen hinweg zu entwickeln und umzusetzen ist eine Herausforderung für alle Beteiligten. Am Beispiel eines deutsch-polnischen Projekts zwischen Schulen und Hochschulen werden Gelingensbedingungen und Probleme solcher Kooperationen beschrieben. Eine qualitative Studie erweitert die theoretische Betrachtung um die Perspektive der Akteure und Akteurinnen auf die Prozesse der Zusammenarbeit, identifiziert Grenzen und Perspektiven der Zusammenarbeit und bietet Anregungen für die Weiterentwicklung derartiger Projekte. | Abstract (English): | To develop and to realize projects over institutional and especially national borders is a challenge for all parties involved. Using the example of a German-Polish project of schools and universities, the article focuses on the conditions for success and problems of such cooperation. A qualitative study widens the theoretical reflection by adding the protagonists' points of view on the process of collaboration, identifies limits and perspectives of cross-border cooperation, and offers suggestions for the enhancement of such projects.
