| Abstract (German): | Erfahrungen über den Einsatz von "Jahresplanungen" als Steuerungsinstrument und Vorstufe zum Schulprogramm liegen bislang so gut wie nicht vor. Der Beitrag liefert Erkenntnisse über die Wahrnehmung des Instruments durch Schulleitungen und Lehrkräfte sowie Struktur und Inhalte der Jahresplanungen und befragt vor dem Hintergrund dieser Daten das Instrument auf seine Tauglichkeit hin. | Abstract (English): | Experiences with the use of "yearly planning" as a control instrument and as a preliminary stage to the school program are hardly known so far. In this article it is described how principals and teachers perceive this instrument and structure and contents of yearly planning are outlined. Considering these data the suitability of the instrument is examined. (DIPF/Orig.). |
