| Abstract (German): | Schulformabsteiger hatten zum überwiegenden Teil in der Grundschule Empfehlungen für jene Schulformen erhalten, an denen sie letztlich gescheitert sind. Schulformabstiege sind damit weniger eine Folge übersteigerter elterlicher Bildungsansprüche. Vielmehr zeigt sich einmal wieder, dass sich die weitere Schullaufbahn eines Kindes nicht hinreichend sicher prognostizieren lässt. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | For the most part pupils who were placed back in the educational system had received recommendations by the primary school for a kind of school, in which they finally failed. Descents do not necessarily result from excessive educational aspirations of the parents. Rather what becomes evident once more is that there is no way to forecast a child's school career reliable.
