| Abstract (German): | Auf dem Hintergrund eigener Erfahrungen hat ein ehemaliger Schulleiter seine Sicht der Dinge revidiert: Erst als "starker" Schulleiter hat er das Kollegium seiner Schule "stark" machen können. Wichtig ist dabei, dass die Leistungsfunktion transparent gehandhabt wird und an gemeinsamen Zielsetzungen orientiert ist. (DIPF/Orig.) |
