| Abstract (German): | Für den geringeren Schulerfolg von Jungen wird die "Feminisierung von Schule" verantwortlich gemacht. Welche Bedeutung männliche Lehrkräfte tatsächlich haben, bedarf weiterer Klärung. Problematisch wirken dürften allerdings stereotype und problemorientierte Bilder über Jungen. Gendersensibilität könnte durch Individualisierung des Lernens gefördert werden. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The fact that more women than man teach at school is held responsible for the lower school success of boys. But it needs to be examined more carefully which role male teachers play. However stereotypical conceptions of boys as problematic can lead to difficulties. Gender sensitivity could be promoted by individualization of learning. (DIPF/Orig.) |
